Outings and Picnic

Note: Only Riverwoods Members are eligible to participate in RNPS Outings and Picnic.

RNPS Western UP Fall Color and Waterfalls Outing - October 1-3, 2010

We are planning a 3 day, 2 night trip to the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan to photograph the splendor of the Fall colors, the excitement of the water falls, and the morning tranquility of the lakes. We will visit Bond Falls and photograph the famous "Z", travel to Porcupine Mountain State Park and Lake in the Clouds, visit colorful woodlands and photograph Bonanza Fall and Presque Isles Falls.

Over the two half-days and one full day, we plan:
• Four or five scheduled photo shoots
• Varied subjects - fall color, lakes, water falls, lake shore, backwood trails
• Two evening group restaurant meals and discussions
• Group activity room sessions to share insights, review photos and answer Photoshop and Lightroom questions
